Lawyer, PHD in political science. He was the first legal head of the Ministry of Environment. He has more than 20 years of experience in environmental law, and legal strategy matters. He acts as expert in national and international arbitrations and is also university professor. He is recognized in Chambers and Partners Latin America under band 1 for environment and natural resources.
